Conditions
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition, with all original tags attached and the product still sealed.
Return Process
To return an item, please email our customer service team at contact@joelles.ie and include your order number.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery method when posting your return.
Refund Process
After receiving the returned products and inspecting their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 1 to 3 working days to appear on your bank statement depending on your bank or card provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items.
- Sale products.
Damages or Defectives
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or if the wrong items were sent.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
