Remove Facebook Access
If you signed in with Facebook, you can remove the app connection directly in your Facebook account settings.
- Open Facebook and go to your Apps and Websites settings.
- Find the Joelles app connection in your active apps list.
- Choose remove to disconnect Facebook from your Joelles account.
Removing the app from Facebook stops future Facebook-based access, but it does not automatically delete data that Joelles already stores for your account.
Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your Joelles account data, contact us using the data deletion option on our contact form or by email at contact@joelles.ie.
Please include the following identifier in your request:
- The email address used for your Joelles account or Facebook Login.
If it helps us locate the correct account faster, you may also include your full name or a recent order number.
Verification & Confirmation
For security, we verify the requester's identity before deleting account data. If we need more information to confirm ownership of the account, we will contact you first.
After the request is verified and processed, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with the request.
